    Very keen cyclist and secretary of local cycling club. I took up walking two years ago following a heart attack. Generally I try to take two 3-4 mile walks per week and on 1st and 3rd Friday of each month go on an 7-10 mile walk with friends.

    My walking style is low level, undulating, sometimes across moorland and occasional forays to the Lake District to walk the fells.
