We have walked along that way, beautiful isn't it ^_^

Didn't go far this morning, just wanted some fresh air, it is rather autumnal but the sun is hot and a lot of people were out enjoying the weather, cyclists, walkers, families etc..a really lovely day ^_^

We are now sat in Hong Kong airport waiting for the long flight home. They do a really good cappuccino here

We are on holiday in Fiji and it is :sweat: :heat:

Not much walking will be had now the nights are closing in.

Not doing much walking at the moment but I have got back into running, not far up to now but I have away from it for a while.

When I first suggested it, there was a very strong positive response but there you go. When TVC joined the Sunday morning Velo club it took time to take off so maybe it will be the same with this.

It didn,t nobody showed so I went back home.

Next walk is this Sunday morning 10am.

Oh dear, on another forum there is a guy who doesn't like the idea of 'women only' and being excusive. I have tried to explain it is about helping women to feel safe whilst enjoying the new to them beautiful surroundings, maybe make new friends. I understand his point but not sure he understands...

Yesterday's walk was a success, there were 7 of us and we were out for about an hour and a half. Some of the ladies didn't know much about the meadows and were pleasantly surprised how peaceful it is in places and how green and lush. All have expressed an interest in the next one so really...

Our next walk is tomorrow, so far there has been a good response but then...
